Description

  • Review RFP requirements and ensure proposal compliance.
  • Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and submission deadlines.
  • Complete required forms and compliance documentation, including W9 and related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure proposal completeness.
  • Create, format, and organize RFP responses using company templates.
  • Compile, edit, and structure content from multiple contributors.
  • Maintain consistency, clarity, and professional presentation across proposal documents.
  • Submit completed proposals according to client requirements and guidelines.
  • Maintain and enhance reusable boilerplate content for future proposals.
  • Support the development and formatting of sales presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Write, edit, and maintain standard response documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong proofreading skills, including grammar, spelling, voice, and tense.
  • Ability to format documents, tables, and graphics in Word.
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat to create and combine PDF files.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI tools for content generation, formatting, or productivity is preferred.
  • Understanding of Oracle systems or enterprise applications is preferred.
