Description

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations across modules such as Project Costing, Billing, Grants, and Resource Management.
  • Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations.
  • Drive project governance, including scope management, delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for PPM solutions.
  • Develop accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks to strengthen the PPM practice.
  • Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across PPM programs.
  • Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams and support internal talent development.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

Requirements

  • 12–18+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in Oracle PPM.
  • Cloud Oracle PPM experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and Resource Management.
  • Strong understanding of integration points with Financials, HCM, and Procurement.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with execution excellence.
