Description

  • Own and execute the B2C and Events product roadmap, including beta exit criteria and general availability readiness.
  • Lead development of ticketing, checkout, payments, pricing, discounts, taxes, refunds, payouts, and multi-currency capabilities.
  • Build organizer tools for audience ownership, CRM integration, event operations, check-in, QR scanning, guest lists, and capacity management.
  • Own the attendee experience across web and mobile Client Portal, from discovery and registration through attendance and post-event engagement.
  • Drive event distribution and discovery through SEO pages, social and calendar syndication, embeddable listings, marketplaces, and promotion tools.
  • Develop APIs, webhooks, and integrations that enable agencies and developers to embed Events into existing workflows.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, accessible, mobile-friendly, and reliable experiences.
  • Conduct organizer discovery, analyze funnel and cohort data, and run experiments to improve activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Define metrics and OKRs covering organizer activation, published events, registrations, attendance, ticket volume, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, support, marketing, and customer-facing teams to launch features and drive measurable adoption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with exposure to events, ticketing, marketplace, commerce, or B2B2C SaaS products.
  • Experience building and shipping impactful B2C or content-product features at meaningful scale.
  • Proven track record taking a product from early stage through scaled adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with checkout, pricing and packaging, payments, refunds, payouts, and fee structures.
  • Working knowledge of the events and ticketing category, including Eventbrite, Luma, Meetup, and Cvent.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for organizer and attendee journeys.
  • Familiarity with activation, engagement, retention, lifecycle optimization, and audience monetization.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, funnel analysis, behavioral data, and cohort analysis.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
  • Experience with an events, ticketing, or community platform is preferred.
