Description

  • Own the day-to-day operation of the privacy program and keep compliance processes running smoothly.
  • Manage and optimize the consent management platform to reflect data practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain privacy program documentation, including records of processing activities, data inventories, and compliance evidence.
  • Monitor new privacy regulations, assess business impact, and work with legal counsel on required changes.
  • Track regulatory deadlines, certification renewals, and compliance milestones.
  • Own the end-to-end data subject rights request process, from intake through fulfillment and response.
  • Build and refine DSR workflows, metrics, and reporting to improve response times and reduce manual effort.
  • Own the operational workflow for DPIAs and PIAs, including intake, tracking, completion, and remediation follow-up.
  • Coordinate DPA reviews and vendor privacy assessments, including templates, clause libraries, obligations, and renewals.
  • Manage tracking technology, pixel, and cookie compliance workflows across HighLevel properties, including banner updates and remediation of unauthorized deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in privacy program operations with hands-on responsibility for DSRs, privacy assessments, or DPA management.
  • Experience with consent management platforms such as OneTrust, TrustArc, Transcend, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other major privacy regulations sufficient to operationalize legal requirements.
  • Familiarity with tracking technologies, cookies, and tag management from a compliance perspective.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to build automations or streamline compliance workflows.
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPM certification preferred.
  • Experience at a SaaS, marketing technology, or B2B platform company preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA privacy requirements preferred.
  • Experience building or improving privacy program automation preferred.
  • Exposure to privacy engineering concepts or technical privacy implementations preferred.
  • Experience at a public company or a company preparing for IPO preferred.
