Description

  • Own and contribute to architecture and development across the Agency Module, Billing, and Affiliate systems.
  • Design and implement backend APIs for subscription management, payments, invoicing, and affiliate tracking.
  • Build performant frontend experiences for agency onboarding, billing dashboards, and affiliate management.
  • Architect secure integrations with third-party payment gateways and internal microservices.
  • Implement observability, logging, and monitoring to support high availability and rapid incident resolution.
  • Enforce security and compliance best practices across authentication, authorization, data protection, and rate limiting.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining reliability guardrails.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to align business goals with technical architecture.
  • Participate in technical reviews, deep dives, and on-call rotations to support operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building backend systems and high-performance frontend applications.
  • Strong backend engineering and distributed systems experience with API development, data modeling, and systems architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, preferably NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Experience with backend performance optimization, caching strategies, and event-driven architectures such as Redis, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, plus CSS libraries like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Advanced experience with complex state management libraries such as Redux, Vuex, or MobX.
  • Experience optimizing frontend performance and web vitals at scale, including SSR, edge, or hybrid rendering architectures.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and practices such as Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, or PostHog.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, access control, secure data flow, and privacy compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
