  • Drive initiatives that reduce time to value and help users launch their first meaningful automation faster.
  • Lead efforts to increase retention and make workflows a high-usage, return-worthy product.
  • Simplify complex workflow concepts, refine the UI, and reduce friction in critical user paths.
  • Expand templates, hotlinks, suggested workflows, and other entry points to bridge user intent and execution.

  • Prioritize, track, and manage new workflow feature requests through timely execution.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Reporting, Payments, AI, Integrations, design, and engineering teams on cross-functional workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or automation platforms.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of workflow builders, automations, and no-code or low-code platforms.

  • Ability to identify UX friction points and translate support or user feedback into product decisions.
  • Experience partnering with engineering on large-scale frontend and backend architecture, especially builder-like UIs.
  • Experience running feature discovery and validation loops with beta users.
  • Ability to write clear, structured PRDs and communicate roadmap tradeoffs to stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing product data using tools like Superset, Pendo, or Tableau is a plus.

Benefits

  • Remote-first work environment.
  • Opportunity to work at a well-funded and profitable company.
  • Fast-moving, lean product culture that ships in weeks rather than quarters.
