Description

  • Oversee a team of Affiliate Managers responsible for activating new affiliates and running one-to-many engagement activities.
  • Track affiliate intelligence, monthly customer trends, activation outcomes, and account compliance.
  • Facilitate affiliate gamification, commission operations, and program budget tracking with the Director of Affiliate Programs.
  • Create campaigns that educate potential affiliates on best practices and encourage promotion of HighLevel.
  • Train the affiliate team to clearly communicate HighLevel’s value proposition and recruit prospective affiliates.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop affiliate managers by setting KPIs, assigning projects, and providing performance feedback.
  • Analyze affiliate activation, engagement, satisfaction, and expansion metrics to prioritize work and plan initiatives.
  • Use affiliate-tracking data and insights from the Data Analyst team to guide department planning and communicate results.
  • Support company-wide marketing strategy and align affiliate activities with broader organizational goals.
  • Lead outreach to potential affiliates, attend in-person events, and assist with additional event duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • 8 years of total professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a fast-paced, results-driven, customer-facing team, ideally in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth startup.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, such as SEO, social media management, advertising, website/funnel building, or influencer growth.
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members as a people coach.
  • Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with the HighLevel software.
  • Strong collaboration, time-management, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-management ability.
  • Comfort with public speaking, presentations, professional writing, and basic copywriting.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Slack, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

  • Salary range of $80,000 to $153,000 annually.
