Description

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships with proactive communication, documentation, guidance, and strategic support.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel influencer strategies aligned to client objectives such as awareness and conversion.
  • Own end-to-end creator program management, including recruitment, gifting, contract development, negotiation, activation, and optimization.
  • Source, vet, and activate creators across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Substack.
  • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation models with creators to balance performance and budget efficiency.
  • Partner with clients and creators on whitelisting and paid amplification campaigns.
  • Build and execute compensation strategies using flat fee, CPA, or hybrid models.
  • Collaborate on creator content planning, briefs, and approvals to maintain brand consistency and authenticity.
  • Manage client budgets across campaigns with attention to ROI, CAC, and LTV contribution.
  • Provide campaign reporting and insights on creative performance, engagement, conversion trends, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing influencer programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, content formats, and creator compensation models, including flat fee, affiliate commission, gifting, and hybrid structures.
  • Excellent communication skills for relationship-building with creators, client presentations, and translating results into actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize creator selection, content formats, and campaign performance.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution across sourcing, negotiating, reporting, and scaling campaigns.
  • Natural relationship-builder with a network of creators, agencies, and platform contacts.
  • Experience in core verticals such as Retail, Health & Wellness, CPG, B2B/Prosumer, FinTech, or Subscription & Services is preferred.
  • Bonus experience running campaigns on TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates/Creator Connections, LTK, or ShopMy.
  • Background in affiliate marketing or an understanding of how marketing channels work together to drive growth is preferred.
  • Availability for contract work ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.
