Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of product designers focused on growth and lifecycle experiences.
  • Own the end-to-end design strategy for onboarding, activation, monetization, retention, and cancellation flows.
  • Define the design vision and roadmap for growth products in alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to set strategy, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Translate business goals into clear user experience strategies and scalable design solutions.
  • Champion user-centered design while balancing speed, experimentation, and impact.
  • Establish and improve processes for design discovery, iteration, and delivery.
  • Use data, research, and experimentation to inform design decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Advocate for design at the executive level and contribute to broader product leadership discussions.
  • Hire, coach, and manage performance and career development for designers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years in a design leadership role.
  • Experience designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products, ideally with complex workflows.
  • Strong background in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes such as activation, retention, conversion, or churn reduction.
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing design teams.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing for agency platforms, CRM tools, or marketing technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and growth metrics is preferred.
  • Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams is preferred.
