Description

  • Prospect into targeted greenfield and dormant account lists.
  • Conduct outbound outreach campaigns to re-engage leads and drive trial and demo signups.
  • Partner with Marketing to support campaigns and events, including attendance and follow-up.
  • Use customer intelligence to tailor messaging, identify pain points, and personalize offers.
  • Track and report on activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Generate a qualified pipeline and create new trial and demo opportunities.
  • Execute reactivation campaigns for dormant customers.
  • Document customer insights and share them back with the organization.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, BDR, or a customer growth role.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
  • Ability to consistently generate qualified pipeline and new trial/demo opportunities.
  • Ability to effectively execute reactivation campaigns for dormant customers.
  • Ability to contribute to marketing event attendance and engagement.
  • Driven, coachable, and excited about solving customer problems.
  • Passion for outreach and outbound motions.
