Description

Serve as the primary project manager for customers across multiple simultaneous implementations.
Define, plan, and execute deliverables and tasks for successful software implementations.
Communicate project expectations and deliverables clearly and on time to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify process improvements that increase quality, reduce cost, and accelerate timelines.
Provide web-based or on-site user training for onboarding and software best practices.
Collect customer feedback on implementation progress, adoption, and satisfaction during and after deployment.
Work cross-functionally to resolve technical product issues, test new features, and gather post-sale client requirements.
Follow company policies and procedures in all business activities.
Support Australian, U.S., Canadian, and other projects while working the assigned schedule.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to accept responsibility and stay self-motivated and accountable for implementation and customer satisfaction targets.
Strong results orientation with the ability to manage customer and internal resources effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills for extensive cross-functional and customer-facing interactions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple simultaneous implementations.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
