Description

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations and own platform configuration across Degreed solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to define learning strategy, AI use cases, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Technical Consultants on integration strategy, including SSO, HRIS feeds, and content integrations.
  • Monitor implementation health, identify risks early, and manage escalations with minimal oversight.
  • Own project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting for complex engagements.
  • Manage scope and change requests across technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded services and additional platform adoption with the Revenue team.
  • Run project retrospectives and turn lessons learned into delivery improvements.
  • Mentor Implementation Consultants on configuration, delivery practices, and client communication.
  • Build reusable playbooks and enablement content for the implementation team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations in a professional services setting.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience communicating platform capabilities and strategy to VP- and C-level audiences.
  • Working knowledge of LMS, LXP, content providers, skills platforms, and HRIS integrations.
  • Ability to define AI-enabled use cases and set measurable success criteria within enterprise governance.
  • Strong risk and scope management skills, including early issue identification and change negotiation.
  • Skilled in facilitating discovery workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools in daily work for configuration, client materials, research, and tracking.
  • Experience implementing Degreed or similar learning experience platforms (preferred).
  • Background in Learning & Development strategy or organizational change management (preferred).
  • Experience with HR technology ecosystems and enterprise data integrations (preferred).
  • Experience delivering implementations in North American and Latin American markets (preferred).
  • Proficiency in a language beyond English (preferred).
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred).
