Description

  • Design engaging gameplay experiences that deliver innovative and immersive player interactions.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of major gameplay components using Blueprint Scripting, Replication, Sequences, and Replays.
  • Collaborate with design leaders to develop, refine, and polish gameplay features.
  • Use Unreal Blueprint to implement in-game content and support complex content integration.
  • Act as the primary owner for challenging content implementation involving artists, designers, and engineers.
  • Iterate on gameplay mechanics and systems to balance and improve player experience.
  • Advocate for strong player experience and craft compelling user stories.
  • Test and validate gameplay work on target hardware.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of game design experience in the game industry.
  • 1–2 years of Unreal Engine 5 experience in a design or technical design capacity on production-quality professional, academic, or personal projects.
  • 1–2 years of proficiency with visual scripting languages, particularly UE Blueprints.
  • Proven ability to create functional prototypes.
  • Familiarity with coding principles such as data types, logical operators, functions, and inheritance.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with knowledge of gameplay mechanics.
  • Ability to work independently in a small team environment as part of a larger team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience with multiplayer games, the Gameplay Ability System (GAS), Verse, World Partition, C++ or C#, animation, UI/widgets, advanced Blueprint systems, or performance optimization workflows is preferred.
  • Portfolio with shipped or production-quality levels is preferred.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
