Description

  • Design and build automated workflows that integrate AI tools and APIs into existing systems.
  • Identify manual or inefficient processes and develop scalable automation solutions.
  • Use platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools to connect applications and automate tasks.
  • Integrate large language models and AI services such as OpenAI or Claude into operational workflows.
  • Write scripts and code to support automation pipelines in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Monitor, test, and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Document processes, systems, and workflow logic clearly.
  • Stay current on developments in AI tooling, automation platforms, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in automation engineering, workflow development, or a closely related role.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM tools and how to apply them practically.
  • Basic to intermediate coding ability, with Python preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and deliver reliably.
  • Experience with API integrations and webhooks (desired).
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or building LLM-powered pipelines (desired).
  • Familiarity with databases and data handling such as SQL, Airtable, or Google Sheets automation (desired).
  • Experience with vector databases or RAG workflows (desired).
  • Understanding of basic cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (desired).
