Description

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering to deliver technical solutions to providers, payers, states, and partners.
  • Design and deploy solutions in customer environments, ensuring they function correctly and meet performance standards.
  • Develop, test, troubleshoot, and iterate on solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create detailed solution documentation, including user guides and technical specifications when needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, CSM, Product, Engineering, and Technical Customer Care to ensure successful delivery and ongoing performance.
  • Establish project plans and communicate status updates throughout customer implementations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase throughput and enhance quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or HHAeXchange leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with complex customer implementations and system integration.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong technical and project management acumen with the ability to drive operational excellence through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly analyze and resolve issues.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thoroughly check solutions and meet quality standards.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Jira or a ticketing support system, preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as X12, HL7, and APIs, preferred.
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Experience working with State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and homecare providers; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
  • Must be located in the US and able to work fully remote in the EST or CST time zones.

  • Base salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, plus variable compensation.
