Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate the value of revenue cycle management services by highlighting measurable impact and proactively resolving challenges.
  • Analyze customer performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize revenue cycle processes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with billing, operations, and product teams to improve service delivery and the customer experience.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements to strengthen internal and external workflows.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to customers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy through strategic engagement and strong customer references.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, including deep knowledge of billing, common denials, posting, electronic transaction formats, and payer portal navigation.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strategic and intellectually curious, with the ability to solve problems and deliver fact-based recommendations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, plus variable compensation.
