Description

  • Design, build, and own scalable data platforms for analytics, machine learning, regulatory reporting, and operational systems.
  • Develop ELT workflows, data models, and distributed processing jobs using cloud data technologies.
  • Implement data engineering solutions with Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, AWS data services, and containerization tools.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, lineage, governance, performance, and reliability across pipelines and platforms.
  • Establish and maintain SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and observability for mission-critical data services.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and customer success teams on data platform and analytics needs.
  • Support regulatory reporting and mission-critical business operations through data infrastructure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or HHAeXchange leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of combined software and data engineering experience with a focus on distributed data processing and data-intensive applications.
  • 1+ years of experience implementing and maintaining reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, query optimization, database optimization, data pipelines, data modeling, and privacy/security best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with modern data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare or homecare technology, EHR, HL7/FHIR, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and innovation.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
  • Must be located in the United States and work within EST or CST time zones.
