Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients on day-to-day operational matters.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Support clients from implementation through live operations and ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations by coordinating with internal teams to mitigate system problems and reach timely resolutions.
  • Identify client business needs, pain points, and organizational challenges to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through weekly status reporting and quarterly client reviews.
  • Track and report client health, key metrics, and KPIs such as support metrics, turnaround times, and ticket backlog volumes.
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations to promote additional HHAeXchange solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and sales teams to support client success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events as needed to represent the company and support projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3+ years of client service experience is required.
  • Residence in Ohio is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare or homecare industry is preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or operational software is preferred.
  • Experience with a partner ecosystem is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite is required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Strong client relationship management, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and project management skills are required.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations, conflict resolution, and multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.
