Description

  • Collaborate with traders, researchers, and product managers to turn complex workflows into UI solutions.
  • Design and implement high-performance, responsive front-end applications in TypeScript.
  • Design, build, and operate production Go services with security and performance in mind.
  • Own service boundaries and data contracts from back-end services through typed front-end SDKs.
  • Build reusable UI modules, component libraries, and SDKs for a modular, plugin-based platform.
  • Develop real-time interfaces that ingest and render high-frequency market and on-chain data.
  • Create high-performance data visualizations for large, fast-updating datasets using canvas-based charting and D3.js.
  • Integrate front-end applications with back-end services through typed SDKs and MCP-based interfaces.
  • Drive architecture and performance decisions for scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Deploy, maintain, test, and review code to keep applications reliable under heavy load.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices across the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with production ownership across front-end and back-end.
  • Strong current TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with Svelte, React, or Vue.
  • Strong current Go experience and ability to independently build and operate production Go services.
  • Experience building reusable, well-structured UI components and shared abstractions.
  • Experience handling large datasets and real-time updates via WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, rendering strategies, and the JavaScript runtime.
  • Solid testing discipline with unit and integration tests as part of normal delivery.
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility and attention to polished interface quality.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus version control.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Background or strong interest in trading systems or financial platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with relational databases, data warehouses, and caching strategies (preferred).
  • Experience with real-time or on-chain / crypto market data (preferred).
  • Experience with MCP or other AI-native / agent integration (preferred).
  • Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, or shared component libraries used by other engineers (preferred).
  • Understanding of microservice architectures, continuous delivery, and zero-downtime deployment (preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or ELK (preferred).
  • Prior work in hedge funds, proprietary trading, or similar finance environments (preferred).
