Description

  • Support project management activities within the Quality organization, with emphasis on Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps through planning, prioritization, and coordination of initiatives.
  • Track project governance elements, including progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Guide key actions and deliverables to support timely and effective project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by proactively resolving potential issues.
  • Update project objectives and maintain the master plan.
  • Consolidate data and insights for internal reporting.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within an international environment.
  • Background in Operations, Quality, Logistics, or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and support decision-making.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on execution and results.
  • Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English for an international stakeholder environment.
