Description

  • Manage a portfolio of KYC projects across three parallel initiatives.
  • Lead the screening remediation project with a focus on compliance and AML.
  • Coordinate implementation of a new KYC system across the entire group.
  • Design and implement a target operating model to support centralization and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders throughout the projects.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and handle interdependencies.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and group standards.
  • Report program status and key updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager in the financial services sector.
  • Hands-on experience in KYC, AML, or compliance projects.
  • Experience with funds-related projects is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stream programs.
  • Experience in operational transformation, such as centralization or process optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
