Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management for new product deployment from design to market readiness.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and gate readiness for approvals.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement teams.
  • Oversee packaging and market deployment processes from a project management perspective.
  • Partner with third-party manufacturers (EMS/ODMs) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders through clear, proactive communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply creative and analytical problem-solving to address delivery challenges.
  • Ensure project stages are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Operations and Supply Chain building blocks, including Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement.
  • Proven experience managing packaging and market deployment processes.
  • Strong track record of independently delivering complex programs or projects.
  • Experience working with third-party manufacturers (EMS/ODMs).
  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience in category-based business units.
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and influence across levels and functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and governance tools and techniques.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving mindset in dynamic environments.
