Description

  • Lead end-to-end digital and platform projects from planning through deployment while meeting timelines and budgets.
  • Define and oversee the platform roadmap and product strategy.
  • Drive user experience and customer experience initiatives through research, Customer Journey Mapping, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams in an international environment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, PMP, and mixed project management practices to delivery.
  • Share project management knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Coordinate product and platform initiatives on a global scale.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital or platform project management.
  • PMP® or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience in User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), or Product Management.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and manage distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Figma, Notion, and Slack.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and mixed methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in user research and creating Customer Journey Maps is nice to have.
  • Experience launching new digital products or platforms is nice to have.
  • Relevant project management or UX certifications, such as PMP® or UX Designer Certificate, are preferred.
