Description

  • Perform AR reconciliations and analyze month-to-month variances.
  • Apply cash accurately to customer accounts.
  • Process customer refunds.
  • Execute monthly billing processes.
  • Resolve AR-related disputes within defined timelines.
  • Review dispute documentation and route cases to the appropriate internal owner.
  • Prepare, present, and analyze AR reports and other data outputs.
  • Contact delinquent customers to resolve issues, secure payments, and document collection activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to research and gather necessary information.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to support root cause analysis and resolution.

Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA, or CMA is preferred.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Experience working in an international environment and in SSC/BSC structures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose improvements.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work evening hours to support collaboration across time zones.
