Description

  • Assist Care Coordinators and assigned branches with daily operations and early morning calls or Nexa messages.
  • Place caregivers with clients based on needs and preferences and maintain an up-to-date caregiver availability list.
  • Manage client relations, confirm schedules with responsible parties, and proactively contact clients to improve their experience.
  • Maintain cases and update scheduling systems with changes, additions, and transfer of phone coverage.
  • Support caregiver credential tracking, expiration dates, and file compliance for field personnel.
  • Collaborate with Care Support staff by providing daily communication reports and assisting with payroll-related updates.
  • Review and update billing rates, pay rates, mileage reimbursements, and client or caregiver record information.
  • Maintain and audit client files, including signed service agreements and incident or complaint documentation.
  • Track caregiver telephony, tardiness, call-offs, and follow-up actions, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support office operations, colleague absences, and project implementations as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in employment placement, preferably in the health care industry, or 2 years of administrative experience in lieu of placement experience.
  • Excellent client or customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and previous computer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
