Description

Lead daily operations for a high-volume fulfillment center, including pick, pack, and ship activities.
Build and develop a strong leadership pipeline across Fulfillment, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping functions.
Partner with the Regional Senior Director to create and execute the operational roadmap for the site.
Serve as the liaison between site operations and headquarters functions to align priorities and communication.
Set and uphold execution standards to achieve KPI and financial targets across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
Communicate company goals and priorities to the full fulfillment center team through regular meetings and updates.
Drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Foster a positive workplace culture for more than 700 employees and encourage accountability and feedback.
Mentor the leadership team and support talent development across the facility.

Requirements

Experience leading operations in a high-volume fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or similar environment.
Proven ability to coach and develop talent across multiple functional areas.
Track record of leading cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships across departments.
Ability to make confident decisions and take calculated risks in a fast-changing environment.
Strong analytical ability to translate data into action and improve efficiency.
Strategic problem-solving skills for ambiguous and complex situations.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a high-quality product or experience.
Comfort operating in a hyper-growth, constantly changing environment.
Experience working with KPI and financial metric management is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is not specified but may be expected for leadership roles.

Competitive hourly rate with pay range of $198,000 to $205,000 USD.
