Description

Own strategic planning for the production site across workforce, capacity, and production planning to meet cost, quality, and service targets.
Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term planning by aligning capacity and workforce needs with demand forecasts.
Identify planning risks early and implement mitigation plans to keep production plans executable.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to build realistic and aligned production plans.
Analyze operational data and KPIs to find optimization opportunities and improve productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
Improve planning, reporting, and governance processes while maintaining high data quality and adherence to standards.
Prepare management reports and decision-making materials for site leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on planning and operational topics.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or a related role.
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment is preferred.
Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for ownership in a fast-paced production environment and for continuous improvement.
