Description

  • Triage and resolve high volumes of operational incidents and ICS tickets to support day-to-day purchasing operations.
  • Proactively manage delivery escalations with suppliers and Distribution Centres to prevent stock-outs and minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for incidents, inventory data, and expiry lists.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Coordinators, DC managers, and production teams to resolve issues on time.
  • Provide coverage and issue management during peak production windows, including morning and late-shift periods.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce recurring incidents.
  • Support a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and communicating clearly across teams.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority incidents in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and Australian stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability, including the capacity to resolve issues independently and escalate when needed.
  • Adaptability to work across different time zones and production schedules, including staggered shifts Tuesday–Saturday.
  • Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems (ICS/IP) and Excel for reporting and operational tracking.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to support smooth operations and Purchasing Coordinators’ strategic work.
