Description

  • Own the end-to-end closed-loop growth system and the platform practices around it.
  • Build creative intelligence systems that predict, score, and generate high-performing creative.
  • Develop dynamic creative optimization infrastructure across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Define and evolve platform signals such as CAPI, Events APIs, and modeled conversions.
  • Improve signal quality, density, and alignment with advertising platforms.
  • Build model-driven budget allocation and execution systems across campaigns, channels, and geographies.
  • Integrate with platform bidding systems such as Advantage+ and Smart+ equivalents.
  • Own incrementality, MMM, and causal measurement frameworks.
  • Translate model outputs into actionable decisions and connect spend, signal, model, decision, and outcome loops.
  • Partner with marketing, data science, and engineering leaders to drive alignment and resolve tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management.
  • 5+ years building products within or deeply integrated with paid social advertising platforms at a technology company, ad-tech firm, social platform, or large-scale DTC brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta APIs and tools including Marketing API, CAPI, Advantage+, and Creator Marketplace.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads API, Events API, and Creator Marketplace.
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads API and Brand Connect.
  • Experience with at least one of Pinterest, Snapchat, or LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience building creative intelligence products, creative scoring systems, DCO, or multivariate testing infrastructure that improved performance at scale.
  • Experience designing and shipping MMM, MTA, or incrementality frameworks.
  • Experience in influencer or creator product development, including discovery tooling, workflow automation, or performance attribution.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to write technical specs, review model cards, and challenge architectural decisions.
