Description

  • Support routine operational tasks and assist with technical troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for incremental process improvements.
  • Monitor and help maintain production systems and infrastructure, escalating issues as needed.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve production performance and site KPIs.
  • Prepare and update documentation, SOPs, and basic operational reports.
  • Support senior team members with project activities such as data collection, testing, and user training.
  • Collaborate with site teams and technical stakeholders and escalate blockers or uncertainty early.
  • Work independently on defined tasks within agreed timelines and seek feedback proactively.
  • Adhere to HUNGRY values in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or data-driven role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a fast-paced production environment is a strong plus.
  • Ability to extract, aggregate, and maintain data across multiple system sources.
  • Intermediate data analysis skills using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage tables, templates, and basic data manipulation in spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis using raw database information.
  • Experience creating clear weekly and monthly performance reports from varied data sources.
  • Strict commitment to following organizational policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, information flow, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable team player who communicates data issues early and collaborates effectively.
