Description

  • Create and maintain detailed production plans based on demand forecasts and operational requirements.
  • Translate demand forecasts into executable production schedules aligned with capacity and workforce availability.
  • Monitor adherence to production plans and adjust schedules when deviations occur.
  • Support operational teams to ensure efficient and reliable production flow.
  • Maintain accurate master data in planning systems and validate production parameters.
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of planning processes.
  • Collaborate with Production, Workforce Planning, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Provide planning insights and data analysis to support operational reviews.

Requirements

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Databricks is a plus.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Open to candidates with diverse experience; not every requirement must be met if you can thrive in the role.
