Description

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
  • Coordinate with vendors on sourcing, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Create and manage purchase orders in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics.
  • Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval workflows.
  • Track and manage IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and software licenses.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and retrieving equipment.
  • Monitor asset utilization and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Track software licenses and renewals and help ensure licensing compliance.
  • Prepare spend analysis, cost reports, and budget tracking updates.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, and internal stakeholders on procurement and asset-related requests.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, IT operations, or asset management.
  • Experience handling IT hardware, SaaS tools, or software licensing.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel and data tracking.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
