Description

  • Process member requests and tickets with a focus on fast, high-quality service.
  • Help members understand their healthcare benefits and the best ways to use them.
  • Search for doctors, clinics, and other healthcare facilities that match member needs.
  • Communicate with members by phone and chat to provide support and coordinate care.
  • Make outbound calls to members and providers to help schedule appointments and close gaps in care.
  • Partner with leadership and clinical or administrative staff to improve support for members and practices.
  • Deliver a positive, high-touch customer experience for HealthJoy’s American customer base.

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High empathy in daily customer and team interactions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to ask questions, gather information, and propose solutions.
  • Strong accountability and ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Office Suite and Google programs.
  • Customer support or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must reside in Ukraine and be available for a fully remote role.
  • Working schedule is 5/2, from 15:30 to 24:00.
