Description

  • Own design execution and contribute to design strategy across complex product areas.
  • Set a high bar for interaction quality and member experience.
  • Use AI-powered tools for prototyping, research synthesis, and rapid iteration.
  • Drive design vision across multi-quarter workstreams in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Research.
  • Influence roadmap decisions and product strategy with evidence-based design rationale.
  • Lead and conduct generative studies, contextual inquiry, concept testing, and usability evaluations.
  • Partner with Research to define research agendas and work independently when needed.
  • Apply behavioral design principles to support habit formation, reduce friction, and increase engagement.
  • Mentor and support designers through reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing human-centered products, ideally in emerging technologies or innovative problem spaces.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact visual design work and understanding of motion design principles.
  • Deep experience using AI tools such as Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, generative prototyping, and LLM-assisted research.
  • Portfolio evidence of shipped or advanced concept work in AI-driven product design.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS and Android patterns, behaviors, and interface design standards.
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Experience designing digital product interfaces that are seamless, engaging, and accessible.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous challenges into actionable design solutions.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and alignment of design decisions with team and company goals.
  • Preferred: experience with design research methods, workshops, motion/interaction design, design systems, healthcare, or digital health.
