Description

  • Upload, format, and structure content in Headout’s CMS (Prismic).
  • Review pages before publishing to ensure quality, consistency, and template compliance.
  • Check SEO fundamentals such as meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal links.
  • Perform light editing to improve clarity, flow, and readability.
  • Flag editorial issues, gaps, inconsistencies, and content that does not meet standards.
  • Collaborate with writers, SEO specialists, and team leads to improve content quality.
  • Support page audits, content hygiene tasks, and other content operations work.
  • Maintain and update internal documents and process-driven materials.
  • Help keep the content publishing pipeline running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Sharp eye for detail and consistency.
  • Ability to follow templates and editorial guidelines accurately.
  • Basic understanding of what makes content clear and useful.
  • Comfort working with AI-generated content and identifying where it falls short.
  • Research and fact-checking instincts.
  • Ability to upload, format, and structure content in Prismic or a similar CMS.
  • Ability to review AI-generated drafts against templates before publishing.
  • Ability to check SEO basics including meta title, meta description, and internal linking.
  • Process-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Basic understanding of SEO (bonus, not mandatory).
  • Experience working with AI-generated content (bonus, not mandatory).
