Description

  • Contribute original, high-quality content from concept through delivery.
  • Maintain consistent tone, style, and messaging across MSP Success digital, peer, and website content.
  • Translate complex technical or service information into clear, engaging language for target audiences.
  • Review and refine SME-created content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO, AIO, and brand voice compliance.
  • Use CMS and workflow tools such as MSP Success Partner Portal, WordPress, Asana, and AI-assisted content tools to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
  • Stay current on social media, AIO, SEO trends, and content performance insights to improve future content.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Peer teams to align content with visual and functional best practices.
  • Work with MSP partners externally in the content creation process where applicable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a content marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience creating a range of written content, including gated resources, blogs, long-form articles, webinar decks and scripts, social media and ad copy, and video scripts.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with AIO and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Experience creating partner-facing or enablement content.
  • MSP or IT industry experience.
  • Deep familiarity with cybersecurity and IT topics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills.
