Description

  • Build and evolve applications for the customer registration platform.
  • Participate in planning, refinement, and prioritization of technical work.
  • Perform technical feasibility studies when needed.
  • Contribute to existing documentation and improve project test coverage.
  • Review code written by other team members and provide feedback.
  • Develop new features for important projects.
  • Improve existing flows and continuously optimize platform performance.
  • Work on strategic projects with high business impact.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary, self-managed teams on platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Elixir.
  • Ability to write and test product or system code while influencing solution design and implementation decisions.
  • Ability to debug and optimize code during system maintenance.
  • Knowledge of scalable, consistent, and fault-tolerant design practices for critical applications.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or others.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or others.
  • Familiarity with GitHub.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or others.
  • Understanding of concurrency and parallelism models.
  • Adherence to good coding practices.
  • Experience with critical, high-availability applications (preferred).
  • Experience in financial projects (preferred).
  • Experience with functional programming languages such as Erlang, Clojure, or Lisp (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate technical topics clearly with other teams (preferred).
  • Knowledge of OTP (Open Telecom Platform) (preferred).
  • Experience with Phoenix and RESTful or WebSocket communication (preferred).
