Description

  • Create and maintain dashboards to track credit product performance.
  • Run stakeholder forums with teams across credit, product, pricing, and CRM to follow initiative progress.
  • Track campaigns and initiatives by estimating expected outcomes, monitoring execution, and measuring results.
  • Support audience segmentation for campaigns and sales channel actions.
  • Identify hypotheses and diagnose performance issues such as conversion, portfolio behavior, and delinquency.
  • Participate in meetings with CRM, product, and credit teams, bringing analytical input.
  • Document processes and analyses.
  • Influence product roadmap decisions through business and analytical insights.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with BI tools.
  • Previous experience in data analysis in credit, CRM, marketing, or sales contexts.
  • Strong communication skills to present clearly and coordinate multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with credit metrics such as conversion, portfolio, cohorts, and delinquency.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment measurement is a plus.
  • Experience with predictive modeling is a plus.
  • Remote work arrangement.
