Description

  • Develop new features and tools using Laravel and PHP.
  • Write clean, secure, reusable, and scalable code.
  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs.
  • Contribute to architectural and software design decisions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and specifications.
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Investigate and resolve platform issues and defects.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers using Vue.js to integrate server- and client-side functionality.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Professional experience with object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Laravel, Symfony, Spring Boot, or another MVC framework.
  • Experience developing applications that provide RESTful APIs.
  • Deep understanding of HTTP.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as PHPUnit.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Cybersecurity awareness or experience is preferred.
  • Available to work remotely across Europe or from the Athens Tech Hub.
