Description

  • Build retention reporting dashboards tracking GRR/NRR, renewal cohorts, and churn by segment.
  • Perform pricing and ARR analysis by connecting pricing tier data with ARR to identify packaging optimization opportunities.
  • Develop revenue reporting and core KPIs to establish a single source of truth for the revenue organization.
  • Track sales pipeline conversion across stages, segments, and reps to identify where deals are slipping.
  • Analyze GTM efficiency metrics such as spend-to-revenue ratios, ramp performance, and capacity planning inputs for strategic planning.
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders, translate them into analytics solutions, and deliver end-to-end projects (analysis → dashboards → recommendations).
  • Prepare and present analysis and recommendations to executive stakeholders (CRO, VP Revenue Operations, President, VP AI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and data engineers/analysts to surface bottlenecks and scale reporting and data workflows.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field.
  • Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and business logic (GRR, NRR, ARR, churn).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with stakeholders from Sales to CFO-level.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling.
  • Experience using a BI tool (Tableau, Looker) and ability to create charts/slides that tell a story.
  • High proficiency in Excel and eagerness to improve analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects collaboratively.
  • Full-time availability for a ~6-month internship (June–November 2026; dates flexible) and ability to work fully remote (New York / East Coast time zone preferred).
  • Nice to have: prior internship in SaaS, finance, or operations and exposure to CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce).
