Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements and align on objectives and expectations.
  • Onboard users and proactively engage customers to drive adoption, engagement, and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Plan and deliver user training sessions tailored to client use cases and needs.
  • Monitor customer sentiment and escalate or de-escalate critical situations as needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by advocating for client needs while balancing business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve client issues.
  • Provide structured customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and improve the customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations on impact, progress, and ROI.
  • Track program performance metrics and analyze reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services at an Enterprise SaaS company.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
  • Experience working in or with Life Sciences.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical roles is a plus.
  • Experience managing projects for high-priority accounts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage both hands-on details and strategic project work.
  • Track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
