Description

  • Lead long-term product strategy for the benefits administration platform and adjacent PEO offering.
  • Drive research, define customer and market positioning, and shape product direction.
  • Identify the investments and internal capabilities needed for long-term success.
  • Translate strategy into actionable guidance that informs company-wide planning and execution.
  • Focus the organization on the highest-leverage decisions and priorities across functions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, CX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to build alignment.
  • Step into highest-priority gaps by clarifying requirements, launching strategic initiatives, and supporting execution.
  • Work across agentic workflows, customer-facing experiences, internal tooling, and carrier integrations.
  • Help deliver outcomes that improve benefits implementation, enrollment fulfillment, and customer status visibility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Additional professional experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience as a systems thinker working on AI-driven workflows, operations platforms, or process transformation.
  • Benefits experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong strategic thinking across customer needs, product design, internal operations, pricing, and go-to-market.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to make complexity understandable and actionable.
  • Bias toward action and comfort operating without a clear playbook.
  • Willingness to drive meaningful progress on long-term company priorities.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay of $179,000–$224,000 per year in Denver and most major metro locations.
  • Competitive base pay of $210,000–$263,000 per year in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York.
  • Full-time employees receive benefits and equity (RSUs).
  • Office-based employees in Denver, San Francisco, and New York work on designated in-office days approximately 2–3 days per week.
  • Remote team members are supported across the US and Canada, where role eligibility allows.
