Description

  • Work with clients to build and design a digital strategy and lead teams in executing it.
  • Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed team members across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
  • Partner with engineering leads to manage project progress, resources, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead short-term release planning by prioritizing content and timelines.
  • Define the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments.
  • Make prioritization trade-offs within the constraints of product goals.
  • Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management.
  • Measure and improve business and customer value, define KPIs, monitor progress, and report milestones and deliverables.
  • Stay current on industry issues and trends, especially accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and consult with clients on business challenges.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.
  • At least 4 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a variety of clients.
  • Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executive leads.
  • A strong track record of problem solving with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture while managing details.
  • Experience working with global teams is required.
  • High cultural awareness and the ability to work across cultures.
  • Strong user research experience, including championing user needs and facilitating workshops.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience building relationships and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
