Description

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay within the EAIT portfolio.
  • Lead end-to-end process design and optimization for RTR and PTP workflows, including close, consolidation, journal processing, AP, purchasing, approvals, and vendor management.
  • Align roadmap priorities with Finance and Accounting leadership, EAIT strategy, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Partner with engineers, administrators, and architects to design and deliver NetSuite and integrated system enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary EAIT point of contact for RTR and PTP stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Tax, and Operations.
  • Partner with Finance, IT risk, and audit teams to ensure systems and processes support SOX and other regulatory requirements.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and close performance indicators for RTR and PTP.
  • Drive adoption of new capabilities through training, documentation, and change management.
  • Guide prioritization of enhancements, platform upgrades, and technical debt remediation across EAIT-managed systems.
  • Introduce and scale AI use cases such as anomaly detection, intelligent AP automation, and predictive analytics for procurement optimization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, finance systems, product management, or accounting operations, with deep expertise in RTR and PTP.
  • Proven success embedding AI, automation, or intelligent tooling into enterprise-scale finance operations.
  • Deep understanding of RTR processes such as close, consolidation, journal entries, intercompany, and fixed assets.
  • Deep understanding of PTP processes such as requisition, PO, AP, vendor management, and approvals.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, ERP platforms, and third-party integrations or middleware.
  • Experience leading SOX-compliant initiatives and managing audit controls across close and procurement workflows.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear business impact.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance, including GenAI, classification models, and rule-based automation.
  • Collaborative communication skills and comfort building alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to lead in ambiguity and balance short-term wins with long-term innovation.
  • Experience with office-based hybrid work in Denver, San Francisco, New York City, or Scottsdale, or the ability to meet location-specific office expectations.
  • Secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection for approved non-office work locations.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay with equity (RSUs).
  • Cash compensation targeted at $150,000-$175,000/year in Denver and most remote locations.
  • Cash compensation targeted at $185,000-$205,000/year in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York.
  • Full-time employees receive benefits as part of Gusto's total rewards package.
  • Hybrid office schedule with approximately 2-3 in-office days per week for employees based in Denver, San Francisco, New York City, or Scottsdale.
