Description

  • Own the strategic direction and roadmap for media processing and delivery capabilities, including both user-facing features and underlying infrastructure.
  • Identify and validate new opportunities to increase user and customer value.
  • Discover and deliver solutions in close collaboration with the cross-functional product trio, with support from Product Research and Product Marketing.
  • Work with other product teams to ensure new capabilities are reflected consistently across the platform.
  • Turn a technically strong media delivery foundation into a commercially visible capability that supports pricing conversations and platform adoption.
  • Help Frontify compete and win in deals where media processing is a key consideration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders across Switzerland, France, and the wider product organization.
  • Shape packaging, predictability, documentation, rollout, and adoption for platform capabilities.
  • Balance long-term platform investment with fast delivery of tangible customer value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally owning technical, platform, or infrastructure-heavy product areas.
  • Experience working on products where customer value depends on close collaboration with engineering.
  • Comfort with APIs, scalability, reliability, performance, architecture, or developer experience.
  • Ability to turn complex platform capabilities into clear, usable products.
  • Strong focus on packaging, predictability, documentation, rollout, and adoption.
  • Proven ability to think big and implement small, balancing long-term investments with fast delivery.
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Ability to bring clarity, sound judgment, and momentum across user-facing features, core technology, and infrastructure.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineers, DevOps, adjacent product teams, Product Research, Product Marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders.
  • Experience with media processing, asset delivery, CDN, video workflows, or developer-facing products is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work remotely or hybrid within Switzerland or the UK, with access to the St. Gallen or London office.
