Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end proposal development process for RFI and RFP opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business developers, subject matter experts, product specialists, and support teams.
  • Assess technical, resource, financial, and cashflow risks associated with each bid and help mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and product teams to produce optimized costing and competitive pricing.
  • Review, edit, and quality-check bid content to ensure clarity, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Manage submission of bid documents and ensure all required materials are delivered on time.
  • Communicate with customers during the bidding process to clarify requirements and address questions.
  • Participate in technical and commercial meetings to define the best solution and present proposal benefits.
  • Support recurring customer opportunities by defining library structures and standard documents for framework agreements.
  • Work with product and business development teams to identify and highlight key solution value propositions.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations.
  • Full knowledge of the MS Office suite and D-365, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience structuring offers and managing international bids, ideally in the mass transit sector.
  • Ability to drive and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to design optimal solutions while considering ROI and stakeholder limitations.
  • Highly structured, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Cost- and optimization-conscious with strong costing and risk assessment capability.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • AutoCAD and rendering ability is desirable.
  • Additional European languages, especially Spanish, are desirable.
