Description

  • Collaborate with the GuidePoint Learning team and Subject Matter Experts to analyze training needs and design curriculum aligned to learning objectives.
  • Create instructional materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led resources, videos, job aids, and scenario-based learning content.
  • Support multimedia development such as graphics, animations, and videos to enhance training experiences.
  • Develop and deliver coaching resources and training for SMEs and instructors to strengthen instructional delivery and adult learning practices.
  • Administer the Learning Management System, including course uploads, enrollments, user management, and reporting.
  • Maintain LMS data accuracy, organization, and system hygiene to improve usability and learner experience.
  • Monitor learner progress and completion data, and generate and analyze LMS reports.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Evaluate training programs, collect participant feedback, and recommend improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience, coursework, or equivalent hands-on experience in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coach and consult with SMEs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for content and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and content formats such as SCORM and xAPI is preferred.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring instructors or SMEs is preferred.
  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience related to training effectiveness is preferred.
  • This is a part-time, remote internship requiring 20–29 hours per week from July 6, 2026 through September 25, 2026.
  • Candidates must be located in the United States during the internship and have a personal computing device and high-speed internet access.
  • Candidates living in Alaska, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, or Wyoming are not eligible.
