Description

  • Lead IAM assessment discovery sessions to assess custom Access Management needs.
  • Create new advisory solutions that provide greater value to customers.
  • Use discovery findings to build assessments with recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support clients through the vendor selection process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the presales process to align services with client needs.
  • Lead technical architecture and security design discussions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on consultative and complex technical deployment projects.
  • Prepare technical documentation and presentations.
  • Respond to RFPs and develop statements of work.
  • Scope and size complex projects.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in Access Management, including both Workforce IAM and Customer Identity (CIAM).
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and building Access Management solutions.
  • Experience with technologies such as Okta or Ping.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading technical architecture and security design discussions.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships in consultative and complex technical deployment projects.
  • 4-5 years of experience scoping and sizing complex projects.
  • 4-5 years of experience responding to RFPs and developing statements of work.
  • Understanding of common IAM industry standards and best practices.
  • Okta, Ping, or similar IAM vendor certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
