Description

  • Serve as the OT subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements with account executives and clients.
  • Join client calls to translate business objectives into clearly scoped OT services and work.
  • Deliver training and guidance to account executives on positioning OT security services.
  • Gather field feedback to improve scoping consistency, sales materials, and service positioning.
  • Work with estimating and proposal teams to develop accurate Statements of Work based on client needs and sales discussions.
  • Identify and document unique requirements, risks, and constraints that may affect delivery.
  • Keep OT scope templates current and help evolve offerings as threats, regulations, and client needs change.
  • Partner with OT delivery leads to incorporate engagement feedback into future scope development.
  • Support kickoff calls to ensure clear objectives and a smooth handoff to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Management Office on pre-engagement needs for complex or non-standard OT environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in OT security, industrial control systems, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role involving technical scoping or solution development.
  • Familiarity with OT vendor platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Armis, or Fortinet OT.
  • Knowledge of frameworks including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST-CSF, NERC CIP, Purdue Model, or NIST 800-82.
  • Strong understanding of OT environments such as ICS, SCADA, and IIoT, along with industrial security risks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences in written and verbal formats.
  • Proven ability to scope and articulate services clearly in Statements of Work.
  • Highly collaborative and responsive in dynamic pre-sales environments.
  • GICSP, GRID, or similar certifications preferred.
