Description

  • Design and implement identity architecture for Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory environments.
  • Configure and support hybrid identity sync, Conditional Access, MFA/passwordless, and identity governance controls.
  • Integrate applications through SSO, enterprise app registrations, and SCIM provisioning.
  • Investigate identity risks and remediate issues using Entra ID Protection, sign-in logs, and audit logs.
  • Improve hybrid identity hygiene through stale object cleanup, privileged account reduction, and tiered admin models.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Purview solutions including sensitivity labels, DLP, and retention policies.
  • Support eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, communication compliance, and AI data security readiness as needed.
  • Configure Intune device compliance, configuration profiles, and app deployments across platforms.
  • Support Defender XDR capabilities across Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Manage technical delivery independently, communicate progress within engagements, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT administration, identity management, or security operations.
  • Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory.
  • Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and hybrid identity using Entra Connect.
  • Knowledge of core authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, Kerberos, and LDAP.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Purview features such as sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, or eDiscovery.
  • Comfort supporting Intune and Defender XDR.
  • Basic PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting, including Microsoft Graph PowerShell.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Preferred experience with multi-domain/forest AD design, migrations, tiered administration, and legacy auth cleanup.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Azure infrastructure and security, SharePoint Online governance, Teams Voice, Power BI/Fabric, or Copilot Studio/Azure AI Foundry.
